Evian 'Eau it to Yourself' Prize Draw in association with Sainsbury's

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Evian 'Eau it to Yourself' prize draw in association with Sainsbury's is open to residents of the UK who are over 18 years of age. Excluded from the prize draw are all Promoters, the promotional agency and anyone connected with the prize draw.
  2. The Evian 'Eau it to Yourself' promotion in association with Sainsbury's commences on 2nd January 2008 and ends on 31st May 2008.
  3. In order to participate in the Evian 'Eau it to Yourself' prize draw in association with Sainsbury's, simply visit www.detoxwithevian.co.uk, select the 'win' tab, enter all the details required and submit your entry. Your entry will be entered into a prize draw. All entries must be received by 12pm on 31st May 2008. Any entries received after this point will be automatically disqualified.
  4. The 6 major prize winners will each win a trip for 2 people to the Evian Royal Resort. Only one trip per winner. Prize includes: economy return flights for two people from London to Geneva, return transfers for two people from Geneva to Evian Royal Resort, two nights accommodation in one room at the Hotel Ermitage/Royal Parc Evian including breakfast and either lunch or evening meal (excluding drinks) for the duration of your stay, access to all sporting/fitness installations at the hotel (including gym, swimming pool and sauna) and one day access for two people to the Evian Spa health club 'Journee Liberte' with two treatments each. Travel arrangements to and from the London airport are the responsibility of the major prize winner and are not included. The prize must be taken by 13th July 2009. The major prize winner and travelling companion must be aged over 18. All passport and visa obligations are the responsibility of the major prize winner. The major prize cannot be redeemed on the following dates: 23.06.08 - 08.09.08, 08.12.08 - 12.01.09, 06.04.09 - 26.04.09. All prizes must be taken by 13.07.09. Redemption is subject to availability and should be confirmed at the time of booking. All major prize winners must book their trip by 31st August 2008.

    16 x runners up will each win 1 x £16 voucher off their next shop at Sainsbury's. An additional 2,000 x runners up will each win 1 x 60p off coupon off Evian Water purchased at Sainsbury's (subject to pre-determined redemption regulations - only on Evian 6x500ml, Evian 12x330ml, Evian 4x750ml).
  5. Only one entry per person allowed. No bulk or third party entries.
  6. Prize winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision, week commencing 9th June 2008. The winners of the Evian Spa Break will be the persons whose entries are the first 6 drawn. The winners of the Sainsbury's Vouchers will be the persons whose entries are the next 16 drawn. The winners of the money-off coupons will be the persons whose entries are the next 2,000 names drawn.
  7. Winners will be notified week commencing 23rd June 2008. Winners for the Evian Spa Breaks will be informed by phone. The £16 vouchers will be sent to the winners using Royal Mail recorded delivery. The 60p off vouchers will be sent to the winners using standard Royal Mail delivery.
  8. Allow 28 days for delivery of prizes. The Promoter will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of entries. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are not received.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
  10. A list of winners will be available on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope week commencing 30th June 2008. See Promoter's address below.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
  14. Except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its negligence, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out the prizes.
  15. All personal tax implications are the sole responsibility of the prize winning recipients.
  16. Names and photographs of prize winners may be used for publicity purposes and remain the property of the Promoter.
  17. Data will be deleted once all winners have been notified.
  18. No purchase necessary.
